Shipping policy

1. We utilise Australia Post for delivery to our customers. All rates are based on standard calculated shipping by weight and size of parcel. Pickup is possible by arrangement from Burra, NSW or Conjola NSW. 

2. Customers are advised once orders are placed and paid for, the estimated delivery time for their order. Pads are sold when in stock, and saddles are made to order unless advertised otherwise. Delivery time for saddles ranges from 8-12 weeks on average due to custom production in Italy at Freeform/Le Selle Italiane.

3. Shipping is by registered post to enable accurate tracking and evidence of delivery. Post office boxes, business addresses and residential addresses are accepted.

4. Pick-up is available from Conjola or Burra by arrangement.

5. Shipping rates are for domestic delivery and are advised at the time of ordering. Saddle price includes shipping from Italy to Australia.
