Refund policy

SADDLE PADS and ACCESSORIES:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, no damage, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us via our contact page.  Postage costs for returns for change of mind are at your own expense. Returns for damaged or faulty items will be reimbursed once the item is received.

SADDLES:

Returns: Returns and refunds are NOT possible on ANY made-to-order/custom order saddles. This is not negotiable due to the costs in time and funds designing, making and importing your saddle. 

Returns for refunds, minus a $100 re-stocking fee, are possible for saddles in-stock including saddles on sale. Customers are welcome to utilise our 7 day test ride/demo period before making their decision as to whether they wish to keep the saddle, or return it. Please treat the saddle as a new saddle and don't ride in any jeans with bling, in the rain, or use any treatments on the saddle. It should be returned in as-new condition. The customer is to pay for the return postage via Australia Post - address provided when you request your return. Please do NOT post your saddle back without speaking to the team first as we may be able to assist with any fitting problems you're having. 

Exchanges:

If you have received a made-to-order, or in-stock saddle (on sale, or full-price), and wish to exchange it for a different saddle we have in stock, this may be possible by arrangement, and you may be required to pay a balance payment if the value of the saddles is different. Please contact us to discuss your situation before posting your saddle back as it must be approved as an exchange prior to sending it in. Return postage is paid by the customer in this instance and any saddle being shipped out to the customer will not incur extra postage fees.

 

ORDERING:

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering and the approximate wait time for your saddle will be advised once your order is placed. Due to each saddle being made to order, to your custom requirements, delivery time ranges from 4- 8  weeks on average. International shipping, public holiday periods, unexpected delays and customs delays are sometimes unavoidable, and you will be kept up to date about the progress of your order. We promise your saddle is worth the wait!

All saddles are photographed before being shipped to a customer and if there is any damage or defect upon delivery, please contact us with photographs to discuss.
